Product updates

New functionalities:

• New Content Export and Printing system in PDF format, which includes the printing of Map cards and export as an image in PNG format. You can now add the header (title and description) and filters, in addition to the options available until now. The new system works by literally taking a photo of the screen, so that what the user is viewing on their device will be printed in PNG or PDF. This behavior can be configured exceptionally, when printing individual cards for which we want to print all of their content, the visible part and the non-visible part. This option is already available for custom cards and will soon be available for vertical table and cross table cards.

• New option to customize messages and icons displayed in various cases. This feature is an example of the importance we give to the customization of the content that you can configure with Biuwer, especially so that it integrates perfectly with the style and messages of external applications. From this update you can configure the messages, icons and links displayed on the next screen, along with the multi-language system. That is, the messages will appear in various languages ​​depending on the language applied to the connected user.

• New option to perform data combinations in cards. As part of the process of obtaining data in a card, there is the option of having multiple data queries, each obtaining information from different data sources. Until now we had the option of creating data relationships (JOIN in SQL language) and from this update you can configure data combinations (UNION, UNION ALL, EXCEPT and INTERSECT). Visually, the difference between relating data and combining it, leads us to whether we operate with it at the row level (relations, horizontally) or at the column level (combinations, vertically). You can better understand this difference with the following diagram, which we included in the new query operations dialog.

Improvements:

• Field settings in Maps card layers. Starting with this update, you can now fully customize the formatting of labels and values ​​displayed in map tooltips, including multi-language support. Formatting options can be as different as you need, such as colors, fonts, sizes, alignments, number or date formats, null value handling, and more.

• Improved web accessibility through a set of modifications to the HTML structure and image elements, icons, etc.

• Improved configuration of both axes in scatter and bubble charts.

• Improved responsive display system, for better adaptation of the displayed content to various devices (mobiles, tablets, laptops, desktop screens, etc.) and screen orientations.

• Improved audit system, for better information on the origin of data queries.

Bug fixes:

• Fixed a reported bug that did not respond when clicking on tooltip options in 100% stacked bar charts.

• Fixed the error reported when custom ordering the values of a dimension in the Visualization tab of the Data Card Editor.

• Fixed the error detected when applying translations of field values in externally shared content (Embedded Analytics).

• Fixed the performance problem when translating text fields from 250-500 text values.

• Fixed the problem in speedometer type charts that caused the maximum and/or minimum values to not be applied correctly, based on a field.

• Other minor fixes.
